GWAAR is working with a group of professionals who are working on a project as part of their Certified Public Manager (CPM) training. The goal of the project is to develop a resource guide of available transportation service policy and procedure changes because of COVID-19 for aging and disabled populations in Wisconsin. The guide will compile information about available transportation services and how these services are changing in response to COVID-19 and best practices. Information will be obtained from a survey of the state’s Aging Community and Wisconsin Association of Mobility Managers (WAMM). Survey results will be compiled into a single resource for the use of all stakeholders.
The group project is a requirement for Certified Public Manager (CPM) training, which will be completed over the summer of 2020. The deadline for completion of the project is August 14, 2020.
A survey will be emailed out to the aging community and WAMM in the next couple of weeks. Please consider taking this survey to help us develop a tool to help others navigate through these difficult times.
