Transportation Program Coordinator Position – Compass IL

Compass IL is seeking a transportation professional to help coordinate the day-to-day operations of its NEW Freedom Transportation Program. The position works under the Mobility Manager and supports transportation services for people with disabilities and older adults while promoting independent living.

Responsibilities include overseeing transportation staff and daily operations, completing rider intake and enrollment, coordinating with community partners, maintaining program records and reports, assisting with scheduling and dispatching, and providing customer service and transportation information. The position also serves as backup for several transportation program functions.

Candidates should have strong communication, organizational, customer service, and computer skills and be able to work effectively with community partners and transportation programs.
