Available Job Opportunities:
SWCAP is looking for a Mobility Manager to take on a project working with Juneau and Adams Counties ADRC’s to get a program up and running. It would be coordinating rides between the ADRC’s and two hospitals to ensure clients are getting to follow up appointments after a diagnosis, a hospital stay, etc. We need someone to get MOU’s in place, recruit volunteers and start the coordination process. There is a little less than a year left in this project and would be a great project for someone who works part-time now or has had a reduction in hours due to COVID. They can work mainly from home but there would be some travel to the Juneau and Adams County required. Please call Lori at 608-930-2191 as soon as possible.
