Hi Patty, we have been getting some questions recently about individual insurance policies-whether they cover volunteer driving or not.  Statewide, some companies have been denying coverage because they are lumping volunteer drivers in with Uber and Lyft.  Do you have anything in writing you are providing volunteers about checking with their insurance company to make sure their volunteer driving is covered?  If so, can you share this with me?  Except for the insurance documentation form, we ask drivers to complete to make sure they have minimum coverage; we have not provided anything else in writing.
